Creative Marketing and Studio Assistant 

Job Title: Creative Marketing and Studio Assistant

​

We are looking for a creative marketing and studio assistant to support our business development and to help drive sales. We are Gemini Digital Colour, the UK’s longest established digital print company. We are based in Bridgend, South Wales CF31 3TP.

​

Responsibilities

​

  • Creative design of marketing campaigns and literature for both digital and print.

  • Managing social media pages and responding to comments and messages.

  • Communicating with clients, customers and external agencies.

  • Using website analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

  • Write copy for internal and external marketing and communication material, including press releases, website updates, brochures, and social media posts

  • Provide cover in the print studio on occasion to help set up jobs for digital, large format and fine art printing

  • (training will be provided to expand your skillset).

Skills and Experience

​

  • Digital marketing experience essential.

  • Ability to use a Mac and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) is essential.

  • Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • A good understanding of all social media platforms and how to use them.

  • Attention to detail and ability to bring new ideas to develop our marketing strategy.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, error-free work.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - both written and verbal.

Package

​

  • Starting Salary £21-23k depending on experience

  • Ongoing salary reviews as you take on more responsibility and progress your career.

  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.

  • Working hours 9-5pm, Mon-Fri, based at our facility in Bridgend CF31 3TP.

  • 4% matched pension scheme.

  • On-site parking.

  • Casual dress code.
