Die
Cutting

With the addition of our new digital die cutter, we have opened a new world of possibilities. With the ability to produce endless shapes, styles and designs your imagination is truly the limit.

We can now create intricate and precise shapes without the need of a single die. This not only keeps the cost down but keeps the speed up. We fill our SRA3 sheets with your design to create a speedy and efficient process.

Do you want to see how your design looks before steaming ahead? No problem! With the ability to create colour proofs, all you need to do is adjust your digital file until you are happy and away we go.

With our die cutting finishing services, we are able to produce many products using your designs. Here are a few examples: - Round cornered business cards - Folders & pockets - Die cut and kiss cut stickers - Tags & labels - Product packaging - Gift vouchers - Door hangers - Gift Cards - Puzzles

Our digital die cutter requires either an EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI file type. This allows us to tell it when to cut, fold or perforate the design.

With over 30 years experience in the print industry, we know a thing or two about print and finishing. Although we are a small family run business, we have always been at the forefront of digital print, winning multiple awards along the way. Being a small business, we are able to offer first-class customer service, jaw-dropping quality, and deadline beating delivery standards. As the UK’s longest-established HP Indigo digital printer, we have taken digital printing to new heights of quality and productivity, and we are privileged to provide digital print and finishing solutions for some of the most prestigious companies and brands in the UK.
